In-house and Contract Therapists:
Workers Health Solutions employs and contracts with highly qualified therapists and specialty clinics throughout Ohio.
Many therapists are doctoral level trained and all have expertise in workers comp injury care.
All therapists will operate from our centralized information and billing system with standardized forms, documentation and reporting.
Therapists are trained in the provision of worksite therapy and adhere to Company protocols and requirements.
By utilizing a specialty network of therapists, our new service strategy creates partnerships with local therapists in your area.
That preeminent partnership produces the highest level of continuity of care, at the lowest possible costs, and with a safe, unrivaled return to work results.
Our customers can expect an individualized and personable service delivery from some of the best people in the industry.
Our reputation is our most important commodity...we will exceed your expectations or make it right.
Therapists are encouraged to establish close communications and relationships with our employer, MCO, and physician customers.
Thereafter, we prefer to provide that customer with the same therapist whenever possible.
Well beyond therapy provision, we aspire to become a partner with our customer's workers comp endeavors.
Injury Prevention Specialists:
We have assembled therapists with diverse backgrounds who are highly credentialed healthcare professionals to manage our injury prevention services. They have received specialized training as Injury Prevention Specialists and are supported through mentorship and oversight of seasoned occupational health professionals.
Care Coordinator:
Since 1997, our administrative staff has recognized the critical importance of a single point of contact, communications, and coordination with all stakeholders in the workers comp continuum of care.
The Care Coordinator role has been created and perfected through years of experience and customer feedback.
One of our care coordinators will be assigned to you and remain with you throughout the relationship.
What role does the Care Coordinator play?
-
Becomes a resource and extension of the MCO, regarding therapy care of the injured worker.
-
Contacts and explains the options and advantages of worksite therapy and specialized network therapy to the injured worker, the employer, and the physician.
-
Consistently communicates and ensures cooperation with the continuum of care and all parties involved with the claim...resulting in a fully integrated care model, as opposed to the traditional fragmented care model.
-
Maintains our sophisticated data repository, practice management, and evidence-based outcomes systems, to further advance our practice.
